STEPHANIE DONLEVIE

Stephanie Donlevie brings over a decade of litigation experience to the firm. Stephanie focuses her legal practice in the areas of premises liability, construction litigation, and commercial litigation for individuals and corporate clients, including one of the nation’s largest retailers. Stephanie’s practice spans all facets of litigation, from pleadings and discovery to motion practice, arbitrations, and trial work. Stephanie is licensed in Pennsylvania and handles cases in State and Federal Court.


Prior to joining McDonnell and Associates, Stephanie worked at a mid-size litigation firm handling civil litigation matters in the practice areas of commercial litigation, construction litigation and employment law.  Stephanie’s practice at this firm included regularly handled pleadings, discovery, legal research, medical record review and trial preparation work for individuals and corporate clients. She also handled Magisterial District Court hearings. 


Before attending law school, Stephanie worked as a civil litigation paralegal and continued to do so while attending law school at night. Stephanie is a graduate of Widener University Delaware Law School’s evening division, where she graduated cum laude. She also participated in Widener’s trial advocacy program. 


In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and three dogs. 

Successfully negotiated settlement on behalf of a company in a contract dispute regarding payment issues for sale of  products to the customer in Magisterial District Court


Successfully argued dismissal of a breach of contract complaint on behalf of a corporate client in the Court of Common Pleas of Chester County based on personal jurisdiction  through preliminary objections.
